The corruption of Walks Looking was the doorway to the tainting of the Warrior Nation. Ghost Wolf's daughter became tainted by The Hex and transformed into Wicasasni to become a twisted creature of malice and vengeance. Wicasasni took great delight in warping and corrupting the minds and bodies of her own people, creating a “Dark Nation”. Though Wicasasni was eventually captured by Ghost Wolf and the tainted aspect driven out, the wraith-like creature that emerged was just as deadly and even more malevolent than before.
Preferring to live out their lives alongside nature, the Warrior Nation dwell in concord with the rhythms of the Earth, attuned to the seasons and the weave of life and death that binds all living things together. Able to wield a form of spirit energy, they are the defenders of the natural world, guardians of all things spiritual. Recent years have seen mounting aggression against the Warrior Nation in North America by the Union and their settlers.
A pan-galactic group that consists of dozens of species all working together to a common cause, the Watchers have been observing humanity for thousands of years. Their standing order is not to involve themselves in the affairs of a sentient species until they reach a level of technological and cultural sophistication. Once this level is reached, the Watchers reveal themselves and the world is honoured by joining the Watcher Hegemony.

Dr. Viktor Beitel was once a brilliant scientist whos self-experimentation left him destitute. For years Beitel had been unsuccessfully blending the viscus glowing red fuel with testosterone to increase muscle and bone synthesis. His dream was to find a way to introduce an RJ infused serum into the human body and to harness its power to effectively create an ubermensch - a superhuman. This power could then be sold to the ailing Confederate army and Beitel could retire as a very powerful man in every sense of the word.
